All Sales Are Final Because every item is made to order and 3D printed with custom materials, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or provide store credit depending on the situation.
Print Variations Minor surface variations, layer lines, or color differences are normal with 3D printing and are not considered defects. These do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
Lost or Missing Packages If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, reach out and we’ll help investigate with the carrier. While we can’t control carrier errors, we’ll always do our best to assist.
