FAQ

1. What are your 3D prints made of?

Most of our creations are made from PLA, a durable, lightweight, eco‑friendly plastic derived from corn starch. It’s safe, strong, and perfect for display pieces, fidgets, and collectibles.

2. Are 3D‑printed items durable?

Yes — when treated with normal care. PLA is sturdy and long‑lasting, but like any handmade item, it’s best to avoid extreme heat, heavy pressure, or rough handling.

3. Why do some prints have small lines or texture?

Those tiny lines are completely normal. They’re called layer lines, and they’re part of the 3D‑printing process. They show that your piece was crafted layer by layer — not mass‑produced.

4. Do the colors fade over time?

PLA colors stay vibrant for years. Just keep your print out of direct sunlight or extreme heat to maintain its best appearance.

5. Can I request custom colors or designs?

Yes! Many of our products can be customized. If you want a specific color combo or style, just reach out — we love making unique pieces.

6. Are your 3D prints safe for kids?

Most prints are safe for ages 5+, but they are not intended for toddlers due to small parts. Always supervise young children with any small object.

7. How do I clean my 3D‑printed item?

Use a soft cloth or a slightly damp wipe. Avoid hot water, harsh chemicals, or dishwashers — heat can warp PLA.

8. Why do some items look slightly different from the photos?

Every 3D print is handmade and printed individually. Small variations in color swirl, texture, or pattern are normal — and part of what makes each piece one‑of‑a‑kind.

9. Do your fidget toys actually move or wiggle?

Yes! Many of our fidget critters and articulated prints are designed with built‑in joints that move right off the printer — no assembly needed.

10. How long does it take to make a 3D print?

Depending on size and detail, prints can take anywhere from 1 hour to 20+ hours. Larger dragons and complex designs take the longest.
